As both a Realtor and co-owner of a custom home construction company in San Antonio, Jose understands real estate from the ground up—giving his clients a distinct advantage when evaluating a home, building from scratch, or identifying an investment opportunity.
Originally born in Mexico and raised in Illinois, Jose has proudly called Texas home since 2009. Over the course of his career, he has built experience across residential sales, new and custom construction, investment properties, off-market opportunities, leasing, creative financing, and seller-financed transactions. His background allows him to look at a property through multiple lenses: not simply what it is today, but what it could become and how it fits into a client's larger financial goals.
